16/15 Chromatic

This is a fully chromatic three octave dulcimer. 14 pounds. Excellent construction.

15/14

This is an excellent full-sized instrument. Excellent construction with solid mahogany top and plywood back. Advantages of this instrument compared to 12/11 is you have a lower octave in the keys of E minor and D that you don't have in the 12/11. An excellent value!

16/15

This is the entry level ultralight dulcimer. The ultralights weigh in at 15 pounds. With a solid mahogany top and plywood back this dulcimer is of good solid construction.

16/16 Chromatic Russell Cook Special Edition

This is the creme de la creme of all the Masterworks Dulcimers. Very limited edition! In my opinion the finest dulcimer in the United States. An heirloom instrument you can pass on to the next generation! For those with a discriminating taste.

Special features include: laser rosette inlays, special Russell Cook case, Solid mahogany top, bantam weight feature (two pounds lighter than the ultralight), special two wood back construction.

Models represented in photo are as of April 1, 2003. Various options will include different stains and bantam weight options, electronic tuners, wound strings, books, and learning videos. Bantam weight option, add $200. All dulcimers include padded case, one set of student hammers, and tuning wrench.
